Dr. Lani Doser, DNP, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner with a clinical doctorate, the highest clinical degree given in her profession. Since 2005, Dr. Doser has excelled in the healthcare profession as an educator and nurse practitioner in the Portland area. Dr. Doser’s specialties include skin of color, aesthetic rejuvenation with energy equipment laser treatments, K beauty, diverse skin tones, and injections.
Dr. Doser has traveled the United States for Galderma Laboratories training physicians and nurses on proper injection techniques and the nature of adverse events. She has served as a subject matter expert in the areas of neuromodulators, fillers, and collagen stimulators. Dr. Doser has been featured on Oregon's KOIN Channel 6 News, offering her expert opinion on skincare and other important health topics.
As an educated, ethical and experienced practitioner, Dr. Doser strives to provide confidence-boosting and natural-looking results. Her clients appreciate the quality time she spends with them through her gentle touch and down-to-earth approach.
A Portland native, Kelly Belair, CAE, got her start in the aesthetics world twelve years ago, graduating from The Aesthetics Institute as a Licensed Esthetician. She started her career doing eyelash extensions and eventually integrating advanced treatments. Everything came full circle when she landed back at the Aesthetics Institute as an instructor. Her passion for providing the best education and experience for others was the driving force to teach.
Kelly strives to help her clients feel good in their own skin and to empower people to be their best selves. That is its own reward.
As the SkinWise Rx practice manager Kelly continues to serve both her colleagues and patients with optimism, patience, and kindness.
Ellen is a Certified Advanced Aesthetician who proves that it’s never too late to have a "glow up"—career included.
Her passion for skin didn't start in a spa; it started in front of a mirror in her 20s, fighting a frustrating battle with acne. After winning that war (mostly), she earned her license in Southern California in 2005. Life, however, had other plans, and Ellen took a detour into the corporate world of Human Resources. After years of managing people problems, she realized she missed managing pore problems.
Following a move to Portland in 2016, Ellen returned to her true passion, earning her Advanced Certification at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics. She now uses her HR background to listen to clients with patience. This customer-service focus, combined with her own journey through different life stages, allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level. She understands that skin changes as we age, and she approaches every treatment with empathy and a lack of judgment.
When she isn’t meticulously analyzing skin, Ellen is exercising her brain with a jigsaw puzzle or disassociating with the latest drama on Bravo TV. She likes her skincare precise, but she likes her reality TV messy.

Aesthetic Nurse
Amber was born and raised in Oregon. She’s been in the aesthetics world for eight years. She graduated from The Aesthetics Institute and started sugaring. She then decided to go back to The Aesthetics Institute and complete her CAE.
Amber enjoys connecting with clients, making them feel comfortable and loves watching their progress! She’s invested in helping people feel more confident whatever their aesthetic goals may be.
In her free time, Amber loves cycling, hiking and spending time with her niece.
Emily is a registered nurse with over five years of experience in critical care. Originally from Northern California, she moved to Oregon to pursue her nursing career and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at OHSU.
Her passion for aesthetics began through her own skincare journey. After seeing the confidence boosting results of treating her acne, melasma, and eczema, she developed a deep appreciation for the science behind skin health and personalized, results driven treatments.
Emily brings a thoughtful, patient centered approach to aesthetics, focusing on helping clients feel confident in their own skin.
She is also an avid skier who enjoys our local mountains and traveling to explore new ski destinations.
