Background & Credentials A Portland native with over a decade of experience in the industry, Kelly Belair, CAE, began her aesthetics journey twelve years ago after graduating from The Aesthetics Institute. She initially built her career around precision eyelash extensions before expanding her clinical scope to integrate advanced aesthetic treatments. Her career beautifully came full circle when she returned to The Aesthetics Institute as an instructor, driven by a deep passion for providing the best possible education and experience for incoming professionals. Today, she brings that high-level leadership and operational expertise to SkinWise Rx as the Practice Manager.

Her Aesthetic Philosophy Kelly believes that aesthetics is fundamentally about empowerment. Her daily driving force is helping clients feel genuinely comfortable and confident in their own skin, viewing that personal transformation as its own reward. She extends this philosophy to the entire clinic environment; as Practice Manager, Kelly approaches every interaction with signature optimism, patience, and kindness, ensuring that both patients and her colleagues feel supported and uplifted from the moment they walk through the door.

You can also find her passionately yelling at the TV during sports games with her husband, and she is almost certainly caught up on the latest true crime or cult podcast.
