By scheduling your appointment 4 weeks in advance, you have time to make adjustments at your two week follow up appointment. You can allow those adjustments to settle in and by the 4 week mark you will be smooth glowing for your event.

It’s important that you remain upright for the next 4-6 hours, so don’t go home and take a nap. You should also avoid any vigorous exercise, hot tub, sauna, alcohol, and NSAIDS (like ibuprofen). Also avoid rubbing or massaging the treatment area.
